Community Stewardship Support Program (CSAAS)

Hands-on, online community management to vitalize your group and take it to the next level.
Groups will have the option to engage our team of expert community organizers and facilitators to support your successful onboarding to Hylo, and to provide ongoing community management in your group.
This program offers a reciprocal relationship where Hylo partners receive collaboration and support from the Hylo team, in return for resourcing our work. All options are tax-deductible donations to Hylo Foundation. Thank you for choosing to support an open-source and non-profit community platform!
  • 1 Personalized deep dive workshop to map your group structure on Hylo
  • 1 Personalized strategy call to guide your onboarding process and engagement
  • 1 Comprehensive training call with your group stewards
  • 1 Intro to Hylo & demo call with your group members
  • Customizable Hylo guides and materials to share with your members
  • Check-in at 3 months to offer guidance and support (1-on-1 call)
A Hylo Demo Video is an add-on to our "Pollination" package and includes a 5-7 minute custom Hylo demo in your Group's context. Prior to creating this demo video, a Hylo steward will engage in a strategy discussion with group leaders to ensure the video is tailored to meet the specific requirements and intentions of the group. This is a huge benefit for new members, as they will become accustomed to Hylo's features in your unique Group context.

Seed (Basic Support) [ $60 / month ]

  • Access to a monthly support call for partners
  • Access to special Hylo group for partners
  • Your bugs go to the top of our developer queue

Sprout (Mid Support) [ $300 / month ]

All of the above, plus…
  • Quarterly 1-on-1 call with Hylo core team to check in and optimize your Hylo experience and community engagement
  • 1 customized Community Building workshop per year. E.g.:
    • Onboarding or community engagement support with your community
    • Prosocial exercises to uplevel your team’s collaboration
  • 1 hour / month of hands-on Community support: Our Community team will participate in your community and help grow engagement
    • This looks like: 1-2 new posts per month, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.

Sapling (Deep Support) [ $500 / month ]

All Seed offerings, plus…
  • Quarterly 1-on-1 call with Hylo core team to check in and optimize your Hylo experience and community engagement
  • 2 customized Community Building workshops per year
  • 2x/year Live Hylo demo & training for group members
  • 2 hours / month of hands-on Community support: Our Community team will participate in your community and help grow collaboration
    • This looks like: 2-3 new posts per month, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals

Root (Deepest Support) [ $3,000 / month ]

A thriving online community requires dedicated team members to steward the space, but not all groups have an in-house Community Manager. Through this high-value offering, your group can save itself the cost of hiring a Community Manager while receiving the substantial benefits of a trained expert in community building.

  • Your group gets a dedicated Community Manager who will offer community support throughout the week.
  • This looks like: new posts each week, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.
  • Your Community Manager will be a full member of your group, embodying your group’s culture, values, goals, and agreements as they steward your space
  • Your Community Manager will be an expert in community building, with training in Prosocial and Sociocracy, two proven methodologies for effective group collaboration and decision making.
  • In addition, you’ll get:
    • Quarterly 1-on-1 call with Hylo core team and your Community Manager
    • 2 Community Building workshops per year
    • 2x/year Live Hylo demo & training for group members
