Groups will have the option to engage our team of expert community organizers and facilitators to support your successful onboarding to Hylo, and to provide ongoing community management in your group.
This program offers a reciprocal relationship where Hylo partners receive expert community-building collaboration and support from the Hylo team, in return for resourcing our work. (a fiscally-sponsored 501c3). Thank you for choosing to support an open-source and non-profit community platform!
1 personalized Community Design workshop to map your group structure and contours on Hylo
1 personalized Hylo Strategy call to guide your onboarding process and engagement
1 comprehensive Hylo Training call with your group stewards
1 "Welcome to Hylo" demo call with your group members
Customizable Hylo guides and materials to share with your members
Custom analytics page to track engagement in your group
Custom iframe code block to embed a Hylo view on your site
Check-in call at 3 months to offer guidance and support to your stewards
Our ongoing presence and partnership in service to your group's evolution and success
A Hylo Demo Video is an add-on to our "Pollination" package and includes a 5-7 minute custom Hylo demo in your Group's context. Prior to creating this demo video, a Hylo steward will engage in a strategy discussion with group leaders to ensure the video is tailored to meet the specific requirements and intentions of the group. This is a huge benefit for new members, as they will become accustomed to Hylo's features in your unique Group context.
Sometimes community stewards just need to talk things out with a Hylo team member, ask specific questions, and get advice for their group’s unique circumstances. We are available to book on an hourly basis to give you the exact answers you need.

For organizations that benefit from ongoing and sustainable funding, this option is how you can be in reciprocity with Hylo as a non-profit and open-source platform, and offset the costs of hosting your group. At the same time, you’ll receive additional tangible benefits that will cultivate your group’s success on Hylo:
Access to the special Hylo group for partners and advisors, the Hylo Alliance
Access to an exclusive monthly support call with other dedicated stewards

The Blossom support tier is for fledgling groups that could use additional support in their early days on Hylo. We require that partners at the Blossom tier first complete a Pollination package in order to ensure that your group is set up for success. We also require that your group have its own dedicated stewards in addition to the stewardship provided by our team through this offering.
There are two term offerings: A 6-month commitment at $1250 / month, or a 12-month commitment at $1000 / month. Partners receive:
All Seed offerings, plus…
A monthly call with Hylo’s Community team to check in and optimize your Hylo experience and community engagement
One additional Live Hylo demo, training, or presentation for group members
Weekly hands-on Community support: Our Community team will participate in your community and help grow collaboration.
This looks like: 2-3 new posts per month, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.
A thriving online community requires dedicated team members to steward the space, but not all groups have an in-house Community Manager. Through this high-value offering, your group can save itself the cost of hiring a Community Manager while receiving the substantial benefits of a trained expert in community building.
All Seed offerings, plus…
We kick off a Flourish partnership with all elements of the Pollination package to set your group up for success.
Your group gets a dedicated Community Steward who will offer community support throughout the week.
This looks like: New posts each week, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.
Your Community Manager will be a full member of your group, embodying your group’s culture, values, goals, and agreements as they steward your space
Your Community Manager will be an expert in community building and facilitation, with training in proven methodologies for effective group collaboration, like Prosocial and Sociocracy.
In addition, you’ll get:
Monthly team calls with your Community Steward
Monthly Community Calls hosted by your Community Steward to nurture your group. We highly recommend live, recurring calls as a way to build relationships, collaboration, and energy in nascent groups. We host these calls with a focus on requests and offers to nurture a culture of collaboration and mutual support. We take care of all organizing (planning, promoting), facilitation, and post-production (sharing out recording and action items).
