Community Stewardship Support Program (CSAAS)
Hands-on, online community management to vitalize your group and take things to the next level.

Starting in March 2023, we are officially launching a new service to nurture thriving communities on Hylo. Groups will have the option to engage our team of expert community organizers and facilitators to support your successful onboarding to Hylo, and to provide ongoing community management in your group.
This program offers a reciprocal relationship where Hylo partners receive collaboration and support from the Hylo team, in return for resourcing our work. All options are tax-deductible donations to Hylo Foundation. Thank you for choosing to support an open-source and non-profit community platform!
- 1 Personalized deep dive workshop to map your group structure on Hylo
- 1 Personalized strategy call to guide your onboarding process and engagement

- 1 hour / month of hands-on Community support: Our Community team will participate in your community and help grow engagement
- This looks like: 1-2 new posts per month, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.

A thriving online community requires dedicated team members to steward the space, but not all groups have an in-house Community Manager. - Your Community Manager will be a full member of your group, embodying your group’s culture, values, goals, and agreements as they steward your space
- Your Community Manager will be an expert in community building, with training in Prosocial and Sociocracy, two proven methodologies for effective group collaboration and decision making.
