Click on the magnifying glass in the upper right of the screen to go to the search page
You can choose to search among all people, discussions and comments or just one of those categories
Search the Stream by keyword by using the magnifying glass icon at the top of a Group Stream.
Save a map view to get notifications when there is new content in that view. See Saved Map Searches.
