This program offers a reciprocal relationship where Hylo partners receive collaboration and support from the Hylo team, in return for resourcing our work.

- 1 hour / month of hands-on Community support: Our Community team will participate in your community and help grow engagement
- This looks like: 1-2 new posts per month, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.

- Your group gets a dedicated Community Manager who will offer community support throughout the week.
- This looks like: new posts each week, commenting on posts, connecting members, helping members use Hylo, fielding messages from members, and nurturing engagement to serve your group’s goals.
- Your Community Manager will be a full member of your group, embodying your group’s culture, values, goals, and agreements as they steward your space
- Your Community Manager will be an expert in community building, with training in Prosocial and Sociocracy, two proven methodologies for effective group collaboration and decision making.
